The Premise
In a time when books are banned, a quiet rebellion is unfolding in the shadows of occupied Lithuania. You are a young, ambitious book smuggler who finds yourself cornered—until a local priest comes to your aid and escorts you to safety. Gradually, you become entangled in the underground network of book smugglers: brave individuals who risk their freedom to preserve culture, identity, and truth. Armed with secret routes, and a sharp mind, your mission is to transport forbidden literature. But every choice matters—will you protect the mission, or the people behind it?
The Gameplay

As a book smuggler, you’ll begin by selecting your background, each offering unique bonuses. Before every mission, you’ll need to carefully manage your limited resources—selecting what to bring.
While out in the field, you’ll face unpredictable encounters that offer one of several ways to proceed. Whether you bluff your way past a patrol, take a risky detour, or rely on local support, every choice comes with consequences. Sometimes, the goal isn’t to win—it’s to lose the least.
With each mission, you’ll unlock new information about the smuggling network, meet new allies and informants, and gradually piece together a larger resistance effort.
